With over 30 years of leadership experience, Gregory D. Jackson has dedicated his career to transforming lives through education and community-focused initiatives. As the founder of Total Quality Training (TQT), Gregory is distinguished by his innovative approach to supporting youth in the juvenile justice system. His programs, focusing on literacy, life skills, vocational training, and reentry services, have been instrumental in reducing recidivism and empowering at-risk youth to achieve success.

Gregory's expertise lies in program design, instructional coaching, and organizational leadership. He has held key educational positions, including principalships at Los Padrinos Juvenile Hall and the Ambassador School of Global Leadership, where he developed literacy initiatives, implemented restorative behavior plans, and fostered partnerships to enhance student outcomes.

As a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and certified instructional leader, Gregory has honed his skills in curriculum development, data analysis, and grant administration. He has successfully managed multimillion-dollar programs that advance educational equity and systemic improvement, showcasing his ability to lead complex initiatives with measurable impact.
