As the founder of Total Quality Training (TQT), Gregory is distinguished by his innovative approach to supporting youth in the juvenile justice system. His programs, focusing on literacy, life skills, vocational training, and reentry services, have been instrumental in reducing recidivism and empowering at-risk youth to achieve success.
